We offer an optional insurance add-on for all TR orders.
For just $20.00 (per garment), you can relax knowing that we’ll cover any minor damages that may occur while our garments are in your care. This includes rips and stains, up to a maximum of $150.00.
You can add insurance to any booking, though it is entirely optional. Without it, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of any damages.
Please note, this insurance covers only MINOR damages. It does not apply to irreparable or excessive damage, late returns, or loss/theft of any item.
Whether or not you choose to add insurance, we kindly ask that you treat every item with care, as if it were your own, so that others can enjoy it after you.
What’s Not Covered:
While we understand that minor damage to clothing can occasionally occur, there are certain situations that are not covered by our insurance. These include:
- Late returns
- Irreparable or excessive damage, including stains that can’t be removed
- Loss of the item due to carelessness, theft, or other reasons
If an item is irreparably damaged or lost, you will be responsible for covering the fair market value of the item, as determined by our team.
