Choose the shipping option that best suits your address and how soon you need your rental.

THIS WEEK?
Here's when you need to have your booking sorted.
MONDAY
THE SWEET SPOT
Ordering rural? We recommend getting your booking in by Monday wherever possible.
TUESDAY • 3PM
RURAL CUT-OFF
If your rental is needed this week and you're rural, place your order before 3PM Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY • 3PM
STANDARD CUT-OFF
For Friday and Saturday events, place your standard overnight order before 3PM Wednesday.
MISSED WEDNESDAY'S CUT-OFF?
DON'T PANIC.
If you're ordering for a Saturday event between 3:01PM Wednesday and 3PM Friday, select Saturday Delivery at checkout.
Orders placed after our recommended cut-offs are made at your own risk. If your rental does not arrive in time, store credit may be issued rather than a refund, excluding shipping costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking information.

Keep an eye on your tracking so you know exactly where your rental is.
04 • COURIER DELAYS

LATE?
Once your parcel has been collected by NZ Post, we're unable to physically speed up its journey.
If something doesn't look right with your tracking, contact NZ Post directly on 0800 501 501.
Please let us know too — we're always happy to help where we can.
05 • LOST SOMETHING?
WHERE'S MY
RETURN BAG?!
Misplaced your prepaid return bag? Get in touch with us straight away.
We can send you a replacement return label to print and attach to your parcel.
I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER +
If you don't have access to a printer, please let us know that you won't be using the return label supplied with your rental.
You will need to arrange overnight return shipping yourself on the day your garment is due back and send us the new tracking details.
