How do we post our items?
We utilize Courier Post for our shipping needs, offering an overnight delivery service. Orders placed before 3PM are typically dispatched on the same day, with certain exceptions.
Exceptions to these:
- Orders scheduled for a future date.
- Items that are not yet ready for shipment due to reasons such as pending returns from previous customers, alterations, or dry cleaning, among others.
Please note that while Courier Post aims for overnight delivery, this timeframe should be regarded as a guideline rather than a guarantee. A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch, and we strongly recommend monitoring your parcel's status.
Shipping rates:

Overnight Delivery: $11.00
This rate applies to standard addresses (non-rural). Please be aware that we have specific cut-off times for orders placed for rental within the same week. A detailed cut-off chart is provided below. -
Rural Delivery: $18.00
If your address is classified as rural, please ensure to select the rural delivery option. This informs us of the need for prompt shipment. Failure to select this option may result in delayed delivery for which we cannot be held responsible. Rural deliveries generally take between 1 to 3 working days, even when dispatched via overnight service. -
Saturday Delivery: $22.00
For orders placed after 3 PM on Wednesday for the current week, it is essential to select the Saturday delivery option to ensure timely arrival. This service is offered at your own risk; we do not issue refunds for late deliveries attributed to the timing of the order.
What to expect once your order has been shipped:
To track your item, please click on the tracking link provided in your email. A tracking number will always be sent to you. We advise you to monitor your tracking details closely.

What to do if there are delays with your order:
Regrettably, we are unable to expedite orders once they have been collected by our local New Zealand Post courier. For inquiries regarding your parcel, please contact New Zealand Post directly at 0800 501 501.
We also encourage you to inform us if your rental is delayed, as we can provide assistance and guidance.
What if I have lost my return postal bag?
If you have misplaced your return postal bag, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. We will issue you a return shipping label that should have been included with your original parcel. Please ensure you have access to a printer to print this label.
If you do not have access to a printer, you must still notify us that you will not be using the return shipping label originally provided with your rental. You will need to return your completed rental to the following address:

This must be done the day the garment is due to be returned via overnight shipping, and you will need to forward the new tracking details to us so that we can monitor the return of the garments. Please be advised that failure to select overnight shipping may result in late fees, as well as the cancellation of any rentals.
Which shipping option should I select if I require my rental within the same week as placing my order?

Overnight shipping for ordered needed Friday or Saturday:
If you are placing an order that needs to arrive for an event on a Friday or Saturday, please note that the cut-off time for overnight shipping is 3PM on Wednesday. Orders placed after this time are made at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee timely arrival for events occurring on the same week as the order date. We strive to dispatch all orders for the current week by Wednesday to allow sufficient time for delivery, accounting for potential postal delays of 1-2 days. If we are unable to ship your order by Wednesday, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions, which may include offering a different item or sending your order on Thursday with a Saturday delivery option at no additional cost to you.
Choosing between overnight shipping and Saturday delivery for Saturday events:
For rentals required for a Saturday event, if you place your order between 3:01PM on Wednesday and 3PM on Friday, we recommend selecting the Saturday delivery option at checkout. This provides New Zealand Post with an additional day to process your order, increasing the likelihood of timely arrival.
Please be aware that if your order is placed after 3PM on Wednesday and does not arrive on time, we can only issue store credit vouchers (minus shipping costs) rather than refunds, due to the late nature of the order and insufficient time to accommodate potential postal delays.
When to select Saturday delivery:
If you place your order after 3PM on Wednesday for the current week, please ensure you select the Saturday delivery option. Without this designation, your order may not arrive on time. This decision is made at your own risk, and we cannot issue refunds for late deliveries resulting from the timing of your order.
Rentals requiring rural postage:
For orders requiring rural shipping that need to be delivered within the same week, please place your order before 3PM on Tuesday. Rural shipping typically takes 2-3 days, and while some parcels may arrive overnight, this is not guaranteed. We recommend placing your order by Monday to ensure prompt processing.
If your order is placed after 3PM on Tuesday for a rental needed that same week, and it does not arrive on time, we can only provide store credit vouchers (minus shipping costs) due to the late timing of the order and limited opportunity to account for potential postal delays.
