POSTAL TRY ON INFORMATION (UPDATED)

Got Questions?
We've got answers!
What is a postal try-on?
Our postal try-on service lets you try garments from the comfort of home before committing to a rental.
When can I book a postal try-on?
Postal try-ons open every Wednesday at 6pm and close Friday at 1pm. Simply select the “Try On” option on the garment's product page during this time.
How much does it cost?
Postal try-ons are $30 per garment + postage.
Once your garments are returned on time, you'll receive a $30 store credit per garment to put towards a future rental.
How many garments can I try?
You can select a maximum of three garments per postal try-on order. This helps keep the service fair and gives more customers the opportunity to try their favourites.
When will my postal try-on arrive?
All postal try-on orders are dispatched on Friday and are expected to arrive the following Monday.
What happens if there is a courier delay?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel is delayed. We'll take the delay into consideration and provide you with an updated return date where required.
Can postal try-ons be sent rurally?
Unfortunately, postal try-ons cannot be sent to rural addresses due to the additional delivery time involved.
Please provide a standard physical address when placing your postal try-on order.
Why can't I try a certain garment?
Garments already booked for a rental that week may not be available for postal try-on.
We recommend checking again the following week when availability is refreshed.
What if I love the garment?
Found the one? You can use your store credit towards booking the garment for your upcoming event, subject to availability.
Can I wear my try-on to an event?
No. Postal try-on garments are provided strictly for trying on at home and cannot be worn to an event.
If you'd like to wear the garment out, you'll need to make a rental booking.
When do I need to return it?
Your garments are due back the next working day (Tuesday). A return card will be included with your order confirming your return date.
Please return your garments promptly so they're available for the next customer.
How do I return my garments?
Simply pop your garments into the prepaid return bag provided with your order and hand it over to the cashier at your local NZ Post the next working day.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your postal try-on garments have been returned to us on time, we'll issue your store credit voucher.
Keep an eye on your inbox for your unique store credit code
What happens if my return is late?
Late returns incur a fee of $20 per day, per garment. Late fees must be paid within 10 working days.
